The van frame already has the threads installed in the frame for quick hook-up. The only promblem I had was the bolts that come with the hitch are to BIG so I had to get the right size bolts at the local hardware store. Seems like a good hitch but like half of the reviews on here it did not fit my 2017 Chevrolet Silverado exactly.

I bought a similar-looking Curt hitch 13200 141 for my 2017 HL XLE. I was lucky to have a motorcycle jack to easily install the heavy hitch. I believe I got the Curt wiring harness also from Amazon.

A friend has a Trailair Rota-Flex pin box on his fifth wheel and had noise. The curt and the cequent hitch both use all 4 bolts. But the cequent hitch extends farter down the frame rail to support a higher tongue weight plus the plate metal is wider to cover more of the frame rail.
